Here we explain what data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have, in accordance with the Political Constitution of the State of Bolivia (articles 21 and 130, on privacy and the privacy protection action) and applicable Bolivian regulations.

What data we process
Contact and shipping data: first name, surname, email, phone number and addresses.
Order data: products, amounts, returns and the messages you send us.
Payment data: processed by the payment gateway; we do not see your full card number.
Browsing data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited and cookies.
Without the mandatory purchase data we cannot process your order.

What we use it for
Managing your order, shipping, returns and the guarantee.
Complying with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sending you offers by email or SMS, if you have given your consent. You can unsubscribe in every message.
Preventing fraud and protecting the store.
Measuring visits and personalizing advertising with cookies: only with your consent.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Only those who need it to provide the service to you receive it:
Shopify, the store platform, which processes it on our behalf and, for some purposes of its own, according to its privacy policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers).
The payment gateway and banks.
The supplier that prepares your order and the carrier, who receive your name, address and phone number. They may be located in another country.
Email, analytics and advertising tools (such as Meta, Google or TikTok), if you have consented.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it
Your order data, for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods and the guarantee period. Subscription data, until you unsubscribe. Cookie data, as stated in the cookie notice.

Your rights
You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. Write to us at smartlinkstore86@gmail.com with the subject "Data protection"; we will reply within a reasonable time. If you believe your rights are being violated, you may use the remedies provided by Bolivian law, including the privacy protection action.

Cookies
We use technical cookies, necessary for the store to work, and, only if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies, both our own and third-party. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie notice.

Minors
The store is aimed at people over 18. We do not knowingly process data of minors without the consent of their parents or guardians.

Security
The store uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payments are processed in PCI DSS certified environments and we apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
