These terms govern the use of the online store SmartLinkStore (https://smartlinkstore.online) and the purchases you make in it. By buying, you accept them. Each order is subject to the version in force at the time it is placed.

The store runs on Shopify, but the sale is made directly with us: Shopify is not a party to the contract.

Who can buy
You must be over 18, give us truthful information and keep your account secure, if you create one. We sell for personal use, not for resale.

Products and prices
We describe products as accurately as possible, although colors may vary depending on your screen. Prices are in United States dollars (US$) and do not include the import taxes or customs duties of your country, if any. Shipping costs and any other costs appear before you pay. If there is an obvious error in a price, we will notify you and you may continue with the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

How to place an order
You add products to the cart, enter your shipping details and payment method and confirm the purchase. Before paying you can review and correct all the details. We will then email you the order confirmation, which is the proof of the contract. If a product runs out of stock or we detect possible fraud, we may cancel the order before shipping it and we will refund everything you paid.

Payment
We accept the methods you see on the payment page. The charge is made when you confirm the order, through a secure payment gateway; we do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery
Times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. The product travels at our risk until you or the person you designate receive it.

Returns and guarantee
You may return your purchase as explained in our Refund Policy. All products have a 30-day guarantee from delivery. We are the seller and are responsible to you even if the product is sent to you directly by our supplier.

Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of the store belong to Hiroki Nikaido or its licensors; you may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify.

Use of the store
You may not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses, extract data in bulk or access it with robots or automated agents that do not identify themselves as such. If you breach these terms, we may block your access.

Liability
We are liable for our obligations in accordance with the law. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the store, for delays due to force majeure or for the content of linked third-party websites or tools. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Privacy
We process your data as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms
We may update them; changes only apply to orders placed after they are published.

Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, including Law No. 453 (General Law on the Rights of Users and Consumers) and Law No. 164 (General Law on Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies). If you have a problem, write to us at smartlinkstore86@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. You may also go to the consumer protection authorities of Bolivia or to the competent courts.
